Not impressed. I have been eating at The Loop since I moved to Jacksonville in 2000. Unfortunately, I just feel like this place is really stuck in the past. We occasionally order takeout from the San Marco location at my office, and I think their pizzas are great. The best thing on the menu, in my opinion, is the tomato bisque. Unfortunately, outside of those items I can't say I find much else worth ordering. Everything from their website to their menu offerings are out-of-date. I would love it if they could add some items instead of the same things they have been serving for years. On top of that, the Neptune location seems to be a bit of a cluster. We ordered take out, and asked how long it would be. We showed up about 10 minutes after that, and our food was still not ready. The girls behind the counter all seemed flustered, and had messed up an order in front of ours. When we received our meal, I noticed that the caeser chicken wrap I had ordered (without any real description or price from the website) was super small, not really big enough to make a meal, even though it came with a side of tomato bisque. For the price, I would expect more. Overall I think this restaurant is antiquated and overpriced.

I was pleasantly surprised with my first visit to The Loop. I wasn't sure what to expect because it seemed like the atmosphere was similar to a fast food restaurant. I could not have been more wrong. The great service was topped by the meal. By far, one of the best burger and friends combinations in the area. Reasonable prices and great food. Well done.

Not a good impression...The place is nearly empty and I am counting 10 empty tables that are too dirty to use while I'm waiting for my order. Went to wash hands and neither the soap dispensers nor paper towel dispenser work. Finally, there was wax paper in my Cajun Jack & Cheese Chicken sandwich. In fairness and praise to manager, she apologized twice, refunded meal and gave $10 credit toward my return visit. She handled my feedback professionally and I will return. Thank you. Nicely done, young lady.

I have to say I was not impressed with the meal that I was served here. I ordered the Asian wrap and some steamed broccoli. The lettuce was bitter and the kicker was...THEY USED RAMEN NOODLE PIECES INSTEAD OF THE CRISPY FRIED DOUGH! Sadly, I had already eaten almost all of it. You couldn't tell until you looked and saw it. If they describe that they use ramen in the menu and I didn't see it I understand. But I don't think that's the case. Broccoli was steamed rather well and tasted great which made it two stars.

Great place to eat! I don't eat meat so I am overjoyed by their delicious veggie melt ciabatta. My son loves the burgers & my daughter, the kids pizza which was served burnt. Without us saying anything, they served us a better plate of the kids pizza with an apology for the burnt one. This Mama was amazed by this unexpected (and rare) quality customer service. 5 stars!!

Had the Spicy BBQ Chicken Sandwich with steak fries....amazing. I was completely surprised by how good it was. The chicken was tender and the BBQ sauce had just the right amount of kick. It came with applewood smoked bacon, which was as crispy as it was delicious. Completely cleaned my plate, which is a rare feat. With food this good, I'll be stuck in the Loop for a while.

Classic burger spot in Jax. Love their milkshakes, salad, and pizza as well. Perfect place to go if you don't want a production and want to get in and out quick. They also sell booze.

This is a good spot for lunch. The burgers and chicken come in frozen but they grill em up right on the open flame. Veggies, bacon, and buns are always tasty and compliment well. Been disappointed lately because the burgers come with only 5 to 7 french fries. They are "steak" fries but this is not acceptable for a 12$ lunch. Left me hungry.

We really enjoyed our hamburgers at this Loop location. It's a little further than the one in the Towncenter that we had been going to but about twice as good as far as service and friendliness goes.

Always a good meal. Their ice is my fav. I know that sounds weird, but it's soo good. Also, try their cajan chicken sandwich and the tomato soup. Perfect spot for a quick bite and a chat w a friend

This is one if my favorite spots for a good burger in Jax. While there are other restaurants in the area that have great burgers, the loop is one of the most family friendly restaurants that have a kids menu that both my little ones enjoy. It's a win win for all of us. For all you parents out there, make sure you take advantage of the free kids meal on Sundays. Kids eat free with a paying adult with purchase of an entree and a drink.

Is it feed a cold and starve a fever? Let's try to feed it... Ironically, I've never really eaten at the Loop before. Or maybe I had, but had a very bad experience yeeeears ago and never wanted to eat there ever again... Anyhow, I had lunch with a good friend, and our original restaurant choice didn't open until dinner time! So we ended up walking to the Loop. She was always a fan of the place, so I thought I would give it a try. I had the Loop n' Blue with streak fries. And a nibble of the kiddo's chicken fingers and a tasting of the milkshake. I'll say, it was a good experience this time.

Dissapointed by the grilled chicken cesar salad. Asked for the chicken to be cooked fresh and it was fresh from the frig. Lettuce was certainly not fresh and the cruetons are no longer large and in charge.

It's fine. The pizza is pretty good, with a couple of different choices and the ability to build your own. The other food is mediocre. The service is on the slow side, but not bad. They have some good weekend kids specials.

Great burgers, good pizza and excellent salads and sides. Love this place. Always consistent - always good. The workers are also very friendly. I order from here almost once a week and I love it. YUMMY. Crunchy Broccoli Salad is SO good :)

I had a pizza from here the other day, one a ordered a large and it was the size of a small any other place and it was $14.00. I will not be going back here again not for pizza and maybe not anything else. Yuck!!!

Great pizza and sandwich's- I am a fan of this franchise and eaten at the location in Atlanta many time. Recommend adding fresh jalepeno's on pizza for a nice kick !

The loop has good service and good menu options, it's clean and the decor is excellent. My only complaint is that the food, while tasty is definitely over priced. You can't get a meal and a drink for under 10$ despite it being basic diner food. If every dish on the menu dropped price by 1$ this review would be 5 stars.

"WALNUT GORGONZOLA mixed greens, grape & sundried tomatoes, onion, tossed in balsamic vinaigrette"... MINE came with two containers of a sour pudding consistency of whatever "dressing" they consider vinaigrette. There was certainly something terribly wrong either someone in the kitchen is mistaken or I was served something spoiled.

The Loop in Neptune Beach gives incredible service! When my lunch was delayed by 30 minutes, I got a personal apology, a full refund and a certificate for another free meal. I was content to wait, and didn't complain, but they still reimbursed me. The meal was incredible too as usual.

The Loop has been a staple in my life for many years. I can remember it back pretty much as far as I can remember. It's pretty tried and true in the fact that I know when I order something it will be good. A current favorite is the Asian Chicken Wrap (it comes as a salad version that my mom loves as well) but my all time favorite is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with onion rings (the best onion rings if you ask me) and another one I have to note b/c I had it for the first time here and it change my pizza world forever, the BBQ Chicken Pizza. So Good! I also have to say that the service is always on point.
